CONTEST RULES

June 15, 2008 – March 30, 2009

The contest shall be conducted by TripReviews Online Inc. (“TripReviews.com”) and is open to residence of Canada and the continental United States or America. The contest is subject to the rules stipulated herein.

1. How to enter:

• No purchase necessary.
• Enter directly online via the Tripreviews.com website by creating a valid user account and submitting a minimum of 1 review to the website.
• To be eligible to win, entries must be received between June 15, 2008 and March 30, 2008. Contest closes at 11:59pm PST.
• One entry per person who has a valid user account.
• Entrants must agree to receive the TripReviews Travel Deals email newsletter.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from the Travel Deals email newsletter at anytime, but must be signed up at the time of contest drawing in order to be eligible to win.

2. Who can enter:

• The contest is open to all residents of Canada excluding Quebec and all residents of the continental United States of America.
• Participants must be aged 18 years or older at time of entry.
• Participants agree to abide by the contest rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes TripReviews.com to announce and publish his/her name, city or residence and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity, on the TripReviews.com website or email newsletter.
• Employees of TripReviews.com and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to win.

3. The Prize:

• Prize consists of 2 roundtrip airfare tickets and 7 night all-inclusive hotel accommodations for 2 persons in Cancun, Mexico.
• Hotel accommodations will be determined by TripReviews upon completion of the contest and will consist of a minimum 4 star hotel.
• All meals, drinks and snacks as provided by the resorts all-inclusive program.
• Transfers to/from the airport/hotel upon arrival in Cancun
• Roundtrip airfare tickets will be from any major departure gateway within Canada and the continental USA.
• TripReviews retains the right to determine which departure gateways are considered major.
• Prize winner is responsible for any expenses, if necessary, which may be associated with travel to and from the major departure gateway. Connector airfares are not included.
• Travel must be completed by November 30, 2009, blackout dates may apply.
• Flights and accommodations are based on availability at time of prize redemption/reservation.
• Prize value is approximately $4500USD.

Airfare taxes are not included. Any items of a personal nature not listed above are not included. Travel dates are subject to schedules and availability. Specific black out dates may apply.

4. Draw Procedures:

• The draw shall be conducted after the contest close date of March 31, 2001 and before April 5, 2009.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• On the draw date, a representative from TripReviews.com will remove all duplicate and invalid entries and will run a computer generated random draw using the names from the user account database to select four (4) names in sequence and at random to obtain one (1) winner. The names and email address of the participants whose names were drawn shall be recorded in the order they were drawn.
• Following the draw, the first selected entrant will be contacted at the email address stipulated in the entrant’s user account.
• The first name drawn will be the interim winner of the Contest until agreement of the Contest rules are agreed to in writing by the interim winner. See “Declaring Winners” below for complete details.
• All entry information will remain within the TripReviews.com organization and will not be distributed or sold for unsolicited communications.
• TripReviews.com will send out 1 email newsletter prior to the contest closing date to remind entrants of the upcoming contest prize draw.

5. Declaring Winners:

To be declared the Contest winner, the interim winner whose entry has been selected on the draw date must:

1. Within five (5) business days of being emailed by TripReviews.com, must contact the TripReviews.com and speak to a representative by telephone; and
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any interim winner fail to contact a TripReviews.com representative within the 5 business days and agree to the declaration and release form, that participant shall be disqualified and the next interim winner as selected in sequence shall be declared the next interim winner; this process shall repeat until a Contest winner is declared.
4. The email address provided on each participant’s user account will be the information used to contact the interim winner(s). Emails sent to the email address provided on the user account will be considered sufficient contact by TripReviews.com.

6. Other:

• TripReview.com reserves the right to amend or vary the contest rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed necessary for business efficacy.
• TripReviews.com records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this contest.
• TripReviews.com reserve the right to amend and/or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstance arise that should prevent the original prize from being offered.
• The winners name will be posted on the TripReviews.com website upon confirmation of the Contest winner.

TripReviews also collects information on your use of the website, including which pages you access, how long you stay on those pages and which links you click. This information is tracked and collected by IP (internet protocol) addresses.
