Service was good, transfers from the airport efficient, staff very friendly, food was good, fitness room good, sailing available, swimming great. There was a waterpark and playground for kids as well as energetic counsellors to play with kids all day in well equipped kids club. We had a fabulous time. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were on a ground floor suite. My friend and I had bugs in our beds that bit us, we believe it was due to the thatched roof. No amount of cleaning the cleaners did took them away, thankfully the hotel was nice enough to switch us to a ground floor room which improved our stay. The beach here was AMAZING, could swim without worrying about the current.

We loved the resort. The people are great. The resort is very well kept and the rooms are clean. The food is good. The buffet can get repetitive when you are there for 2 weeks but it's to be expected in an all inclusive resort.
