We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was rated as a 4 star and lived up to it's rating. Everything was clean and in good repair, including the gym equipment. Our party of 4 had one regular room and one deluxe room. The deluxe room was very nice, much larger than the regular room, with a huge bathroom and a nice balcony (complete with hammock as advertised). We arrived during spring ...

We were in Mexico the week of Mar 20th . We had 6 in our Party .The Resort was great . Nice Location in Cancun . The food was very good . We were there when a lot of young people were there from England & Scotland . I personally didn't find them that loud considering how many there were . I would go back to that resort . We have travelled many times to Cuba & D.R. But we enjoyed Mexico the Best . ...

This was by far my worse all inclusive ever and will not be returning. The only good à la carte restaurant is the Mexican one, no service with the others. The buffet has no variety, my husband and I actually lost weight during this trip. We're not difficult eaters so beware, the food is most of the time really horrible ! The fruits are fresh and really good, the best meal of the day is breakfast,...
My husband and I stayed at the Barcelo Costa Cancun the first week of November and we had a very positive experience. The resort is small, but very nice and attractive. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. It was very quiet while we were there and the staff was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. Have to give out a special shoutout to Juany in the lobby bar. Great girl. ...
The hotel was one of the better ones we have stayed in. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool was a little on the cold side, but the beach bar made up for it. The food was awesome. The a la carte restaurants were terrific. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel during my valentine's weekend.
beach: the beach is fairly small, and there's seaweed (green stringy stuff) everywhere
room: clean and stocked everyday
CON: did not have water for one full day... and another day i had only cold water
The price is good for the hotel quality you're getting and i had a great view from ...

The hotel was VERY clean, well maintained, staff extremely helpful, restaurants (3 a la carte and buffet) were all very good. Waiters/waitresses all very professional and friendly. Beach also very clean, well maintained (enough lounge chairs for all guests, they were realigned every evening). Excellent tours left right from our hotel (snorkeling, sailing, Tulum mayan ruins tours, etc) and good nig...

Rooms were clean but needed some work. Fridge was always well stocked with water, beer and snacks. Housekeeping did a good job. Only one pool and the beach was quite small but pleasant. Buffet got a bit repetitive but there are many restaurants near by.

We arrived on New Years Day..... what a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was fantastic and the food was great, amazed that you could eat in all three ala cartes that were offered as often as you liked not only the buffet, and the fact that room service was included with our package. Would we go back to this hotel - absolutely, and we brought our two teenager daughters and they absolutely lov...

This hotel is exatcly what you pay for. It is a three star for sure. If you want a cheap holiday it is great, but remember you get what you pay for. We were there to see family and were not looking to stay at the resort all day for two weeks. If you are looking for a holiday where you wish to relax at the resort the entire time this is not the place. There isn't much to do at this resort. I ...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The best things about this hotel are the staff and the food. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good, great selection for an all inclusive buffet.... The rooms were very clean and the AC worked perfectly....The beach is quite small (but still beautiful and clean), so it was a good thing that we had access to the sister hotel Barcelo Tuca...

LOVED IT!!! The best holiday we've ever been on. The hotel was fantastic, the food was awesome and the staff was the nicest, friendliest and most efficient staff we've ever seen. The hotel was really nice, the rooms a bit dated but the cleanliness, and friendliness outweighs any flaws in the decor. The rooms are large, and the shower was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyo...

Big nice looking hotel, many restaurants, many evening entertainments, you can spend all 7 days inside of the hotel and have fun, beautiful ships on the water. Problems: we had power problems 3 times (no light), only one elevator was working out of three, the beach is very small for swimming, cheating with money exchange in the hotel.
