Contest Dates: January 15, 2009 to November 30, 2009 extended to February 28, 2010

The contest shall be conducted by TripReviews Onlince Inc. (TripReviews). The contest is subject to the rules and restrictions stipulated herein.

1. How to enter:

• No purchase necessary.
• Enter directly online via the TripReviews website located online at http://www.tripreviews.com.
• To enter, users must submit a travel review and create a TripReviews member account. To create an account users must have a valid email address and must provide a screen/accont name. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, all required fields must be completed in full inorder to create a member account.
• To be eligible to win, entries must be received between January 15, 2009 and February 28, 2010 at 11:59pm PST.
• Only one entry per person and per valid email address. Multiple submissions per person or per email address will be tracked and removed.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from being a TripReviews member at anytime, however entrants must have a valid member account at the time of prize drawing in order to be eligible to win.
  

2. Who can enter:

• The contest is open to all residents of the United States of America and Canada excluding Quebec, aged 18 years and older except employees of TripReviews and their immediate family members living in the same household.
• Participants agree to abide by the contest rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes TripReviews to announce and publish his/her name, city or residence and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. The Prize:

• Return airfare for 2 passengers to Cancun, Mexico from any pre-selected major North American gateway 
• 7 nights accommodation at a to be determined 4-star all inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico
• All meals, drinks and snacks as provided by the resorts all-inclusive program
• Transfers to/from the airport/hotel upon arrival in Cancun
• All hotel and airfare taxes

Travel must be conducted and completed before the end of the calendar year of 2010. Retail value of prize depends on the winners location of departure. Any items of a personal nature not listed above are not included. Travel dates are subject to schedules and availability based at time of booking. Specific black out dates may apply.

Contest winner may choose to accept a cash pay out of $1500CAD instead of the Cancun trip being offered.

4. Draw Procedures:

• The draw shall be conducted after the contest close date of November 30, 2009 (Draw Date).
• Odds of winning your purchase depend on the number of entrants.
• On the Draw Date, a representative from TripReviews will remove all duplicate entries and will run a computer generated random draw using the names from the database to select four (4) names in sequence and at random to obtain one (1) winner. The names of the participants who were drawn shall be recorded in the order they were drawn.
• Following the draw, the first selected entrant will be contacted at the email address stipulated on the members account information.
• The first name drawn will be the interim winner of the Contest until agreement of the Contest rules are agreed to in writing by the interim winner. See "Declaring Winners" below for complete details.
• All database contestants information will remain with the contest organizers and will not be distributed or sold for unsolicited communications

5. Declaring Winners:

To be declared the Contest winner, the interim winner whose entry has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Within five (5) business days of being contacted via email by TripReviews, must contact the TripReviews office and speak to TripReviews representative by telephone or in person; and
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any interim winner fail to contact an TripReviews representative within the 5 business days and agree to the declaration and release form, that participant shall be disqualified and the next interim winner as selected in sequence shall be declared the next interim winner; this process shall repeat until a Contest winner is declared.
4. The email address provided on each participants member account will be the information used to contact the interim winner(s). Emails correspondence sent to the email address on the members account information will be considered sufficient contact by TripReviews. TripReviews is not responsible for any email spam filters any other technical errors that may prevent the email correspondence from reach the intented recipient.
   

6. Other:

• TripReviews reserve the right to amend or vary the contest rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed necessary for business efficacy.
• TripReviews records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this contest.
• TripReviews reserve the right to amend and/or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances arise that should prevent the original prize from being offered.
• The winners name will be posted on the TripReviews website upon declaring of the Contest winner.
